Founder & CEO

Benefits leadership is most effective when it is independent, thoughtful, and grounded in real operational experience.

I founded this practice to provide organizations with senior-level benefits leadership without conflicts of product sales or commissions. After more than two decades of leading benefits programs across federal, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations, I saw the need for a different model - one that prioritizies strategy, governance, and execution while working collaboratively with executive and HR teams, brokers, and vendors.

This approach is designed for organizations that need clarity, structure, and experienced leadership without adding headcount.

My Story

I’m a mom of two daughters, a long-time benefits practitioner, and the founder of BAE Benefits - built on the belief that women can lead, build, and shape the future of work with clarity and purpose.

With more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits, I’ve spent my career as a dedicated benefits leader working across federal, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations, including highly regulated and government-contracting environments. My background spans complex benefits programs, compliance and governance, vendor and broker coordination, and benefits strategy that directly impacts employees and their families.

I’ve led benefits from the practitioner side - owning strategy, execution, and outcomes. I understand the balance required between cost, compliance, employee experience, and organizational priorities because I’ve been accountable for those decisions throughout my career.

My approach is grounded not only in experience, but in education. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. John’s University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland. This foundation allows me to approach benefits through both a systems and financial lens -understanding how data, technology, compliance, and cost structures intersect in real-world benefits programs. It’s this combination that enables me to solve complex challenges, ask the right questions, and design solutions that are both strategic and operationally sound.

I didn’t start BAE Benefits to sell insurance.
I started it because I saw a gap.

Too often, HR and benefits teams are expected to manage increasingly complex programs without enough strategic support -and without a partner who understands the operational realities, trade-offs, and long-term impact of benefits decisions. BAE Benefits was created to fill that gap.

Today, I work as a fractional benefits leader, partnering with executive, HR, and People teams while working alongside brokers - not replacing them. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to benefits strategy, compliance, and execution, without the influence of commissions or product sales.

As a woman-owned business, BAE Benefits also reflects my commitment to modeling leadership for my daughters - showing them that women can build businesses grounded in expertise, integrity, and service. I believe in leading with clarity, advising with intention, and empowering people through benefits design.

This is benefits leadership—without the sales agenda
